Cleveland Residence: Contemporary Glam Interior Design

Cleveland Residence is a 1,980-square-foot furnishing and minimal construction project in downtown Los Angeles.

Designed for a dynamic professional in her 30s, this contemporary glam home strikes a balance between bold expression and refined elegance. We created custom accent walls in both the dining room and primary bedroom, along with a sculptural fireplace and media wall that define the home’s warm, moody atmosphere. A rich, neutral palette is layered with pops of jewel-toned color and gold detailing—bringing personality, drama, and a sense of tailored sophistication to each space.

The interiors reflect a confident, modern lifestyle: dramatic yet grounded, stylish yet comfortable. Saturated greens, deep browns, and warm neutrals anchor the design, softened by creamy tones and textural contrast throughout.

Materials & Mood

Each piece was custom designed—from velvet-and-gold sculptural stools to a low-profile burl wood coffee table—to add visual interest and tactile richness. Luxe finishes like brushed gold, lacquer, boucle, and textured linen create layers of depth without overwhelming the space. Gold hardware and lighting serve as subtle statement pieces, adding just the right amount of glam.
